Abstract:
Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis) is one of the main industrial enzyme production strains, because of its high enzyme production, variety, safety, environmental protection and other advantages are widely used in modern industrial production, the fermentation production of enzymes in food, feed, washing, textile, leather, paper, medicine and other fields are playing a very important role. In this paper, the application of Bacillus subtilis industrial enzyme was reviewed in detail, and its development trend was prospected.

Abstract:
Bacillus subtilis was cultured with yeast extract powder, peptone, agarose powder and other materials under specific conditions to secrete Bacillus subtilis enzymes, including extracellular enzymes and intracellular enzymes; the electrical conductivity and reducing ability of the enzyme were tested. The results showed that the intracellular enzyme of Bacillus subtilis had reducing ability. When the applied voltage of the power supply was adjusted to 15V, the reduction potential of the intracellular enzyme was 867, more than the required reduction potential of indigo -760, Bacillus subtilis intracellular enzyme can be used as a reducing agent for Indigo electrochemical staining system, which is used for Indigo electrochemical reduction staining, it was found that when the enzyme system temperature was 60 ℃,pH was 11, and the reduction time was 40 min, the reduction effect of indigo dye was better.

The fermentation cycle of Bacillus subtilis laccase in the kit is short, the production cost is low, and the rapid mass production can be realized. The kit has good stability and low cost for detecting samples.
